Who we are

Stanza Interiors is run by Prouve Inc, a Delaware corporation based in Austin, Texas, which does business as Stanza Interiors. “We” and “us” mean Stanza; “you” means anyone using this website or the pages you sign in to. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The design work, its fees, the membership and the refund are covered by the engagement agreement each family signs with us. Where the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins. How we handle your information, including call recordings, is in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• Owners are the adults who sign our agreement. You must be 18 or older to book a consultation or sign it. Each owner is responsible for the account and for everyone they invite to it.
• Family members. An owner can invite family members aged 13 and over, and remove them at any time. Family members see their projects without prices. Children under 13 never get an account.
• Guests. A guest link opens a lookbook only. Anyone with the link can see it, so share it with care.
• Your builder and our receiving partner each get a private page for your project, opened with a one-time code sent to their own email. They don’t need an account.

Signing in

Each time you sign in, we send a one-time code to your email. There is no password. Anyone who can read your email could sign in as you, so keep it secure and never share a code. Each person signs in as themselves. If you think someone else has signed in as you, tell us right away.

Using the site and your pages

Use them for your own project. Please don’t:

• copy, scrape or collect content from them by automated means, or reuse the site’s words, drawings or photos without our permission;
• try to get into another family’s pages, our systems, or any part you haven’t been given;
• test, probe or get around our security, or interfere with how the site runs;
• upload anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you don’t have the right to share;
• use what we make for you to build a competing service.

We can suspend access for anyone who does.

What you send us

Your plans, photos, scans, notes and messages stay yours. You let us use them to design, order and deliver your project and to run your account, and, without anything that identifies you, to improve our work as our Privacy Policy describes. You confirm you have the right to send them to us (an architect’s plans, for example). We won’t show your house, your photos or your name publicly without your written permission.

Our designs

We own the designs we make for you (drawings, renders, layouts, schedules and notes), apart from anything that came from you or others. Once they are paid for under the engagement agreement, you may use them for as long as you like to build, furnish, maintain and enjoy your house, and share them with anyone working on it or anyone who later buys it. If Stanza ever closes, every drawing, rendering and selection we made for you is yours to keep and use in the same way. If you take the refund under the engagement agreement, the designs stay with Stanza. Please don’t reuse them for another property or publish them as your own.

Products and prices

Prices, lead times and product details come from the makers and can change until an order is placed. We check them before we order, and if a price has moved by more than about 5%, we come back to you before ordering. Colors and finishes look different from screen to screen. Returns follow each maker’s own rules, and items marked final sale can’t be returned.

Measurements and building work

Our drawings are as accurate as the plans, photos and scans they are drawn from. If there is building work, your builder confirms dimensions on site before anything is built, cut or made to fit. We design interiors; we are not architects or engineers, and we don’t run the building work. Structure, permits, building codes and installation are the responsibility of your builder and the licensed professionals working on your house.

Text messages (SMS terms)

• What we text. Stanza Interiors texts with clients, their builders, and people who text us first, about their projects: questions, scheduling, approvals and delivery updates.
• Your consent. Clients agree by ticking a separate, optional box in our agreement; anyone else, builders and family members included, agrees by texting us first, and until then we email them. A number from our booking page, or one someone else gives us, isn’t texted until its owner agrees. You don’t have to agree to texts to work with us; we can use email instead.
• How often. Message frequency varies with your project. Automatic notices come at most once a day; the rest are conversations with your designer.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping and help. Reply STOP (or tell us any other way) to stop texts from every Stanza number; we will confirm with one last text. Reply START to start again. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@stanzainteriors.com or call (512) 270-6283.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number. We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Closing an account

An owner can close the family’s account at any time by emailing hello@stanzainteriors.com, and a family member can ask us to remove their own sign-in; the engagement agreement says what is owed when the work stops. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken. What happens to your information then is in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility

We work to keep this site and your pages accurate and running, but we provide them as they are, without a promise that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using them, and our total responsibility under these terms is limited to $100. Links to makers’ and other sites take you to sites run by others, under their own terms. Our responsibility for the design work itself is set by the engagement agreement. Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. If something goes wrong, tell us first at hello@stanzainteriors.com and we will try to fix it. A dispute that can’t be settled that way goes to the state courts of Travis County, Texas, or of the county where you live, or the federal court for either, at your choice, unless the engagement agreement says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell owners by email before a significant change takes effect.
