Options and revisions

Three options for every piece. As many rounds as it takes.

Every room is laid out three ways, then every major piece is drawn and priced three ways, with a reason for each and our suggestion. Tell us what’s wrong and we redraw until it’s right. No revision count, no hourly meter.

The layout first

We settle the plan before you see a single sofa.

Show someone a finished room with a particular sofa in it and they’ll judge the sofa, not whether it should face the fire. So the first round for each room is the plan: three layouts drawn plainly to your dimensions, so you’re choosing how the room works.

Once the layout is settled, every piece has real limits, a sofa between 80 and 90 inches or a bed that clears the window, and every option after that is sized to the plan.

Then the pieces

Three of each, sized to the plan and priced.

Then we go piece by piece, in the order a room comes together: the large pieces everything else is arranged around, then the lighting, the rug, the rest. Three options for each, with what each is good at, and our suggestion marked.

Each option is priced, so you can see what the room adds up to as you choose.

Rounds

Tell us what’s wrong. We redraw.

A round is simple: you mark it up, we redraw, you look again. There’s no count to keep and no hourly meter, because the design fee is agreed by the square foot before we start and every round is inside it.

During your project, a settled room isn’t sealed. Change your mind in March and we reopen it.
