What every room gets
The same set of drawings, room by room.
Whether it’s the kitchen or the laundry, each room in scope gets the same five things, drawn to the same standard.
- Floor plansEvery room in scope, furniture placed and dimensioned.
- ElevationsThe walls that matter: tile, millwork, where the light hangs.
- RenderingsEvery room, before anything is ordered, while it can still change.
- SelectionsEvery finish and fixture, drawn in and priced.
- OrderingFurniture, decorative lighting and decor, ordered, tracked, received and checked. Build materials go to your builder on our parts list.
You choose the scope
Two rooms or the whole house.
The fee is $2.50 a square foot of the rooms you choose, so a guest bath costs what its floor area costs and no room is designed by halves to keep the fee down. Add a room next year and it’s scoped and priced the same way.
