StanzaReader

What it does

When our designers, or the design assistant they use, choose a product for a family’s home, StanzaReader reads that one product page. That gives us the product’s name, item number, price and whether it’s in stock.

• It reads only links we chose, one page per link.
• It never follows links from that page and never signs in.
• It doesn’t run your page’s scripts unless we’ve looked at your site and switched that on.
• It reads at most 30 pages from any one store a day, and 300 a day across all stores.
• If we need the same page again within 24 hours, it uses the copy it already has.
• It follows the rules in your robots.txt for StanzaReader.

It names itself as: StanzaReader/1.0 (+https://stanzainteriors.com/reader; hello@stanzainteriors.com)

Your pictures

We don’t keep copies of your product photos. If we have no picture of our own, a family sees your picture, loaded from your site, marked as yours and linked back to your store. Ask and we’ll stop showing your pictures.

To be left out

To stop us reading your site, add these two lines to your robots.txt:

User-agent: StanzaReader
Disallow: /

To also take your pictures off our pages, email hello@stanzainteriors.com with your store’s web address. Within one business day we’ll stop reading your site and stop showing your pictures.
